I am a 68 year old retired woodworker. Maybe you know someone who is 68 years old and he is bent, gray and uses a cane. Well, that is not me. I’m no Charles Atlas, but working with wood all my life has kept me in pretty good shape. Wielding a framing hammer for 6 to 8 hours a day can certainly build your arm, chest and back muscles! I retired at 62 years old to spend more time with my wife, but unfortunately she passed away after only a year of retirement.

The cool desert breeze hit me in the face as I stepped from my tent at 04:30 and made my way to the shower house. I shivered slightly.
