By some miracle, I finally convinced you to come see me in my little part of the world. I live in a small town that is practically in the middle of nowhere which I affectionately refer to as God's country. The nearest big city, if you could call it that is two hours away. She was totally unaware of her surroundings at the moment, for she was lost in a world of thought. She felt foolish and unloved. Savanna had broken up with her after they had been together for almost a year and a half. Kasey had been completely blind-sided by the split.

Ironically, it was my husband who noticed you first. As you climbed out of the pool in one of those frighteningly brief bikinis that the young of today wear and which put the fear of Christ up older women like me, he said. "God I thought that was Emma," referring to our niece.
I looked up and saw this lithe, beautiful, impossibly slim, but femininely rounded young woman walking alongside the pool.

I remember well the night that I first met Carrie - It was a Friday night and I was on a business trip at a hotel. She was my waitress, and apart from being very friendly she was absolutely gorgeous. She has very dark hair, a beautiful delicate face with sharp inquisitive eyes that contrast her softer features. There was nothing electrical or even out of the ordinary, however - she simply brought me my coffee and a piece of cheesecake, smiling.
