It was my birthday. My wife, Vicki, hadn’t hinted a word of it this morning before I left for work, much less any word of it all week. Usually she’s right on top of this kind of stuff so not hearing or seeing any glimpse of knowledge from her all week long started becoming depressing.

Mark and I have been friends since we were five. We met in kindergarten and pretty much were inseparable all the way through high school, college and to this day. Pee Wee football, junior varsity, varsity. Sleepovers at my house and camping trips with his family. When he got a car for his 16th we started double dating as well. Both of us played ball just well enough to get chosen for our small state college as walk-ons.

Granted, it was the middle of the afternoon, but I was still irritated at being awakened from my much needed sleep by a loud racket from the neighbors' yard. I had dragged in pretty late the night before (technically, it had actually just been earlier that same day) and I wasn't quite ready to abandon my bed or my near-comatose state. I didn't remember my parents telling me that the new neighbors had little kids, but it sounded like a whole herd of them making a ruckus in their swimming pool.

It's our three year anniversary but you're away for work so I've flown overseas to be with you. I've just finished slipping in to my silky short red dress when I hear a knock at the door. I've organized for us to go out for dinner so I peep through the eye hole to get a quick glance at what you're wearing. You look so incredibly sexy. You're wearing charcoal shoes, a pair of nice black dress pants, white striped shirt and holding a single red rose.

Jack twists his head from side to side in a vain attempt to crack his neck. The last college student has finally walked out of his last class of the day and he's looking forward to getting in and out of the office as quickly as possible so he can enjoy the long weekend. Shouldn't be hard to do since it's so late in the afternoon and he'll probably be one of the few left in the suite of offices, much less the building.

My wife and I were throwing our first Halloween party on the Saturday of the weekend before Halloween. My wife had gotten excited about the idea a month and a half before Halloween, excited about the different foods that could be made, the decorating, the invitations, her costume...

"I don’t even know how to play golf, Larry!" I stared at my boyfriend over my latte and shook my head.
Not for the first time, I wondered why I had ever hooked up with him in the first place. Larry was a sports freak. If it involved large sweaty men, odd clothing and arcane rules of conduct, he was into it. Sometimes I had a suspicion that he liked the large sweaty men part of it the best--he wasn’t exactly an athlete in bed with me.

"You will wear the blue skirt!" she tells me, reaching to pull it out of the closet.
I am already wearing the corset; black satin, laced, long suspenders linked on to sheer black stockings. Fishnet, she says, is tacky. Personally I think the whole suspenders-and-stockings thing is tacky, and much prefer bare flesh, but then, it's not for me to decide.

My wife Maggie and her friend Cheryl had decided to get tickets for the "The Nutcracker Ballet" that was going to be preformed in the city a couple of hours away from where we live. They bought the tickets about 4 months ahead of the show that was to take place between Christmas and New Years.
Cheryl and Maggie had been friends for over 20 years and both had worked hard at keeping there girlish looks. Maggie is about 5'6", 36, 24, 36, and 120lbs with cute C cups and a beautiful round ass.

After three days of the sales conference, Steve was sick. Sick of giant pieces of paper stuck to the wall covered with vague, ridiculous words regarding goals and mission, sick of pointless team building exercise but mostly sick of long evenings spent with amateur drinkers who felt free to let loose, particularly since they were far away from home in the French Quarter of New Orleans.
